What happens if I purchase a new plan while an active plan is running?
If you purchase a new plan while your current plan is still active, your existing plan will be replaced immediately. Any remaining validity from the current plan will not be carried forward. -
Will I lose access to books from my previous plan?
Yes. When a new plan is activated, all books unlocked under the previous plan will be removed and replaced based on your new plan selection. -
When does my plan start?
Your plan starts immediately after successful payment and is valid only for its defined duration. -
Do you offer refunds after purchasing a plan?
No. All payments are final and non-refundable once the plan is activated. -
What payment methods are supported?
We support secure online payments through Razorpay, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. -
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. -
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, no amount will be deducted. If an amount is deducted due to a technical issue, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within a few working days. -
Do I need to agree to Terms & Conditions before payment?
Yes. You must agree to our Terms & Conditions before completing any purchase. This confirms your understanding of plan rules, including plan replacement and content access changes. -
Will I receive an invoice after payment?
Yes. A system-generated invoice will be available after successful payment for your records.
